Provides quality customer service and develops long term customer relationships. Processes loans which include, preparation work, computer input and followup, scanning and proper filing. Performs a variety of customer service and sales activities, such as assisting walk-in customers as well as telephone customers with account and loan questions. Performs duties, which include selling and opening new accounts. Skills in communicating effectively with management, customers, and co-workers. Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy. Honesty and integrity are a must. Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
