Sandhills Public Schools started serving locally raised Sandhills beef at their school this week. Western Nebraska Bank donated $1,000 towards processing to support this project. "We are excited to be part of an agriculture benefit to our community and area students. Two of the most important things in the Sandhills are our youth and our beef, and both hold our future. Our youth deserve to have their meals prepared with the best beef in the world, and Western Nebraska Bank is proud to support the initiative to get this accomplished at Sandhills Public Schools," says Michelle Milleson, Vice President in Purdum.
